💰 Incentives under UP Food Processing Industry Policy 2023

  2. New Units:
  • 35% capital subsidy on plant, machinery, and technical civil work.
  • Maximum cap: ₹5 crore per unit.
  1. Expansion/Modernization:
  • 25% capital subsidy on eligible expenditure.
  • Maximum cap: ₹1 crore per unit.

📌 Additional 5% subsidy for women entrepreneurs, SC/ST units, and units in Purvanchal & Bundelkhand regions.

  • 100% reimbursement of Net SGST paid to the state government for a period of 5 years.
  • Applicable on sales of eligible food products made in Uttar Pradesh.

  • Up to 100% refund on stamp duty paid on land for setting up food processing units.

  • Certification Support: 50% subsidy on obtaining quality certifications (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP, ISO).
